1. License Types

1.1 Personal License

The Personal License is an annual (1-year) subscription license, individual and non-transferable, allowing the use of PC Turbo on up to 3 (three) computers during the license period, provided that:

The computers are owned by the user;

The use is strictly personal;

No services of any kind are provided to third parties.

It is prohibited to:

Install it on computers belonging to clients, friends or family;

Use it in companies, businesses or corporate environments;

Use it for professional, technical or commercial purposes.

1.2 Commercial License

The Commercial License authorizes the use of PC Turbo when servicing clients, allowing installation on an unlimited number of machines, provided that:

The software is used exclusively as an internal optimization tool;

There is no resale, sublicensing, assignment or commercialization of PC Turbo;

The software is not offered as a product, but only used as technical support.

Even under the Commercial License, it is expressly prohibited to:

Sell PC Turbo as a separate product or service;

Include PC Turbo as part of paid packages;

Distribute the installer or any version of the software.

2. Compatible Operating Systems

PC Turbo was developed exclusively for the Windows operating system.

Compatible with and recommended only for Windows 10 and Windows 11;

Not recommended for Windows Enterprise or similar corporate editions;

Not compatible with Linux, macOS or any other operating system.

Proper operation of the software is guaranteed only on the systems listed above.

3. Security and Responsibility

PC Turbo uses several techniques and layers of protection to ensure that:

The user's personal files;
Installed programs;
System services;
Passwords and credentials;

are not intentionally modified or accessed.

However, the user acknowledges that:

No software offers absolute security guarantees;
Use of PC Turbo is at the user's own risk;
PC Turbo is not liable for losses, damages, failures, data corruption or system malfunction resulting from the use of the software.

Although PC Turbo has been thoroughly tested and is considered safe, use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to the machine. By installing or using PC Turbo, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to our Privacy Policy and Trial Period terms.

Distribute

5. No Modification

You are not allowed to:

Alter

Edit

Decompile

Reverse engineer

Create modified versions

Remove protections

Any attempt to do so constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

6. How to Install PC Turbo

To install PC Turbo you only need to download the program, double-click on PC Turbo 2.0.0 and click Yes or OK on the elevation prompts and messages. The program will install automatically and open right after.

7. How to Use PC Turbo

Once open, select your preferred language, then enter the same email address you used at the time of purchase — your email is your license and grants access on up to three machines.

After moving to the next (main) screen, click the Turbo button and wait for the optimization to complete. You will know it is done because a report message will appear on your screen showing what was executed — click OK, then on the next message click Yes to restart your computer and apply the changes.

8. Best Uses

You can use PC Turbo whenever you feel your computer is slow or freezing again.

There is also a button labeled Optimize Memory that can be used when you have many programs and tasks open at the same time — simply open PC Turbo, click Optimize Memory, and then close PC Turbo again.

10. How to Uninstall PC Turbo

To uninstall PC Turbo, go to Control Panel → Programs, find PC Turbo in the list, double-click it, click OK and follow the steps to uninstall easily.

15. Other Programs

When you buy and download other programs from the PC Turbo family, you are solely responsible for their care and proper operation. Our programs are safe and efficient, and anyone can ask to review the source code of any program sold in addition to PC Turbo.

Simply send an email to support@pcturbo.app with the subject Source code request (and specify the product) — except for PC Turbo itself, which we reserve the right not to disclose.

The source code of the other programs is free to review, so you can verify that our programs cannot cause problems on your machine. Even so, we always recommend creating a system restore point or backing up your files before running them.

We are not liable for any damage.

16. Final Provisions

By using PC Turbo, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to all the terms described here.

Failure to comply with these rules automatically voids any granted right of use.
